This discontinued Katherine’s Collection Polka Dot Ruffle Ribbon is brand new. It has never been used or displayed. It comes in its original packaging on its spool.
Katherine’s Collection is known for their attention to detail and this piece is no exception.
The ribbon is made of 55% polyester and 45% metallic. It is a multi-layer ribbon.
The first layer (back of the ribbon) is a shiny black.
The first outside layer is a glittery sparkly metallic.
The edges are trimmed in black transparent, gathered material with white polka dots. The edges are wired so the ribbon can be positioned.
The ribbon is 15 feet long (5 yards) and approximately 3 1/2” wide (varies with ruffle).
