Features a pierced lattice and rose garland design with a swing handle. The glass insert has a starburst and fan pattern base.
Measurements: approx. 5.5” wide × 6” tall with handle.
Condition: tarnish and light surface wear consistent with age; glass bowl is clean and free of chips or cracks. Marked England on underside of base.
Likely mid-century to early 20th century (EPNS silverplate).
